I am utterly disgusted by the poor service and commitment to work the two workers i approached for assistance. I believe their names were Madi & Cass in the apparel area. I kindly asked for assistance and they were too busy planning their romance after work . Disappointed in the allowances of relationships within a work environment & the lack of care for customers. Will not shop here ever again

I have been a customer of Rebel Sports for many years, shopped both online and physically in stores over many locations. Great store and awesome services at the Te Rapa Store. Friendly staff and will go extra mile to help customers. On this occasion Kiara helped me in resolving the request for refund on a pair of shoes, she and the Team went over and beyond, taking accountability, achieving a good outcome. She was also very fast on turning around to reach a decision for me in the end. Thank you heaps, Kiara. Keep up the great work.
