        Not usually one to complain however spending over $100k with these people only to have a sub-par experience and a poor install I would seriously avoid. There are many other installers that WILL come in at a better price, give a top quality finish with great communication as we have only learnt after the fact. Really disappointed with the outcome and the ensuing arguments with Narellan to rectify Services: Fiberglass swimming pool construction, Custom Swimming pool design

        After researching many Waikato pool builders we engaged Narellan pools Waikato to do our swimming pool at our Cambridge country property. Couldnt be happier with our decision. The advice we received along with our own vision has given us a fabulous pool complex. We also decided half way through to buy another property and had a sudden tight deadline to get everything finished on time. Narellan came through for us. Like any project there were small changes and questions along the way. Each time these were answered and resolved promptly and the whole project has been an enjoyable one. So much so that we will definitely be using Narellan again for the next property. Happy days - Brown family Services: General construction, Design

Jacque and John have so much experience that it really shows and I felt very confident right from the start to the finish. I would highly recommend, great people, great company and excellent product.
