        Aman. Would not deal with her again. Couldn't get my kiwi property gift cards to work when buying my new phone.. Need to train your staff how to use that sort of stuff. Only got the phone as you guys had stock.

        If you are coming to buy a product from us we are happy to help, but if you are coming to replace based on warranty we are not ready to help. Went to change a MagSafe Apple Original product with 9 months warranty left. Called Apple and they replaced cover. Dont buy any Apple accessories from spark. Please order it online directly. May be spark not giving training how to behave customers when they are raising a complaint or when they are coming with some issue. If you guys are seeing this I would like to notify customer have right to get promised warranty replacement from store. If it 12 months its 12 months not 3 months or 1 months. They ware saying its been more than a month Please refer attached photo of consumer court orders below
