I had a fantastic experience at Godfrey's The Base. I was struggling with my Dyson and couldn't figure out the problem, so I called The base branch there was a Sales Rep name Arpit who asked me to come to the branch. Arpit was very focused and knowledgeable about the product. He fixed the problem very quickly. I will highly recommend Arpit. Thanks

Shocking service paid over 3000$ for a robot vacuum 6months ago has a fault taken in end of Jan for repairs was told will be back in a week and still nothing called center to say it got to repairs on the 7 February after I dropped it end Jan looks was sitting in store and sent off later don't even reply back to keep customers updated on process just not acceptable

Bought a Samsung Jet 90 Pet stick vacuum. Arpit was very knowledgeable - listened to what we were after, gave us a couple of options and clearly demonstrated the differences. Made the choice simple and we are very happy with the product so far. Only concern was that the advice he gave us around battery charging (said to unplug and run battery right down between charges to lengthen battery life) seems to relate to older battery types and not Lithium Ion batteries. Otherwise very happy with Arpit's service.
