I ordered a wheelie bin on the 11th January and got an email stating it was confirmed on the 16th saying the bin was dropped off on the 13th.. no wheelie bin and after calling them. They confirmed they didn't drop it off and gave me every excuse for a few weeks to why they couldn't drop it off. From a sick truck driver. To a flat tyre on the truck. After lots of backwards and forwards they finally said they would refund me and was told it would take upto 2 weeks. Well that was on the 14th February. And still nothing. So 3rd march I rang again just to find out they never processed my refund at all. And done it again on the 3rd march. It's been 10days and I'm still waiting for a refund. Don't deal with this company unless you just wanna lose money
