    Do not recommend, very rude staff with terrible customer service. I asked for a very rough quote for my wedding in 2025 and they refused to give me any pricing, dismissed what I had to say and scoffed/laughed at me on the phone. Extremely dissapointing :(

    I had my Gender reveal party managed by Phoenix. It was the best decision. I had nothing to worry about. The whole team was well organised and made sure that we enjoy the event while they look after everything else. They stayed with us until late and looked after every small thing throughout the event. Thank you Phoenix and team for making my Gender reveal event memorable and stress free. I highly recommend these guys for any event planning. Looking forward to work with you guys in future.

    Used them to rent furniture for our wedding at the Hamilton gardens. A bit pricey but delivered what I expected so was satisfied. Sadly would not recommend for catering services however. Food from the restaurant provider was delicious but service was non existent. Charged $45 for food delivery and $150 for 'event management' where a staff member just stood there. When the food arrived it was taken out of the bag and simply put on the table with a few side plates and had to 'dig in' . We essentially ate out of the takeaway boxes with no serving cutlery. Maybe a sit down service would be different but would not recommend for catering.
