        Big thanks to Aleesha. I reached out on facebook with a fault in my Masterbuilt. I was expecting a generic "please email customer support", but instead i got a genuine helpful reply and the replacement parts are on the way.

        Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Aber Living, had a warranty issue with my Masterbuilt 560 and Elliot explored every avenue to sort the problem which eventually saw the unit replaced. This is what customer service should be like everywhere in NZ Throughly recommend this business. Cheers Team
