What great and friendly people. Service and assistance is immaculate and great advice. Won't think twice to get my garden supplies there again. They are the new one stop garden Supply for us. Thanks again for your friendly assistance when the internet service was down. Five stars from us.

We rang to try and get another delivery of builders mix. You couldnt help with the delivery which was totally fine so we came in and borrowed a loan trailer from you that you said we could do. We needed over 1 and a half cube which we told you required several trips. But after the first trip were told we were 8 minutes late returning the trailer. Even after explaining again that we had more trips to do which required the use of the trailer was told we had lost the depost and needed to hand over another $20 to continue to take more builders mix. That is absolutely Disgraceful when you knew full well we were taking more loads of material. Sorry but i will not spend a single cent with anyone who takes money like that from people i work for. I do so much building and landscaping work in Raglan but will not purchase anything from anyone who would take money like that. Im always happy to support local businesses but not if they treat people this way. i hired a trailer from BP for half a day on Thursday and the guy said to just have it back before closing 10 hours later. Thats real customer service. Captain compost even allowed me to keep a loan trailer over night because i wasnt sure i could make it back to them in time. And they didn't charge me a single cent. Nobody missed out on using the trailer as there were other trailers stll sitting in the yard. You made your $20 for nonsense. But its a hugely Short sighted and unprofessional *update* I have no idea if the owner has been back. But i doubt it. I will never use you again and wont recommend you to anyone. What you seem to not grasp or understand is your nonsense money grab of $20 has cost you far more. And its obvious you just couldn't care less. But you need to stop making things up in your head. And you need to stop taking peoples money from them for nonsense. Nothing i have said is untrue or "hearsay".
