        I would give Seed Pilates 10 stars if I could! I joined in July 2019 and have thoroughly loved my reformer pilates journey since. Lisa, Molly & Katie really know what they're doing, with strong technical instruction, while also being inspiring and motivating. Would highly recommend :)
