        Attended two training courses with Joanne. As a first time dog owner, its me that needs the training! Winter is learning new things, and Joanne has a lovely way with all the dogs - they certainly listen to her! Lots of knowledge shared by Joanne and definitely helpful. Good to get an understanding of dog behaviours too.

        My pup and I thoroughly enjoyed our Kool K9 level 1 training and we have our names down for level 2. Our trainer Kate was very knowledgeable and encouraging of the owners as we learned. Small classes so we got lots of one on one help. Jo and Kate did a great job in supporting us through COVID lockdown also, with videos, zoom calls and then socially distanced in-person classes as lockdown allowed. Highly recommended.
