        If you have just returned from Australia and have Aussie dollars in cash we have just been told they will not exchange for NZ dollars because of Covid, another lame covid excuse, Wheres the customer service? Told us to go to another bank This was news to us, from a long time customer this sucks.... maybe we should move our savings to another bank as well!
