        I think his name is Jay....anyway, he is the most honest and decent business person I have ever come across.....when my computer was away for repairs longer than I expected, I rang him and he was straight up and confessed that it was his fault because he didn't follow-up with the repair company. He did not blame the company who forgot to do the repair. I think he has had a few struggles, when his shop was broken into and not long ago there was a note on the shop window....he had to take his child to hospital in Auckland. It must be difficult to deal with break-ins and theft . and have an unwell child.. Yet he has maintained a pleasant and caring attitude. I am blessed because the company did not charge me for minor repairs. Much respect to this humble soul.:)
