Flagging Hostile & Aggressive customer service at Goldfields Pharmacy During covert I entered the temporary side entrance and was immediately shouted something from 20 meters away from the Dispensary (inaudible). As I continued into the shop (with no customers), the Counter clerk rapidly approached me aggressively (almost) shouting something repeatedly like go back or get out. She keep pushing me back by advancing aggressively while shouting & gesturing with hand signals. So I returned to the entry point and then spotted a 20 by 30 centimeter crudely written headnote advising that their store policy was two in & two out. When I pointed out that this was almost invisible & better signage was required to inform Customers, she continued with her arrogant & ignorant attitude! Asking where the QR scan code was located, she pointed to a wall opposite the Pharmacy = far too easy to miss! Won't be using this Business again! Instead recommend the following three Professional Thames Pharmacies (all within a 300 meter radius): A) Thames Centre Pharmacy 817 Rolleston St 07-868 5100 Beside Thames Medical Centre & Hospital i.e. GPs / Nurses onsite. Offers C-19 Jabs. 5***** B) Unichem Thames Pharmacy 546 Pollen St 07-868 6363 Centre of town. Good efficient services. Offers C-19 Jabs 4**** C) Pollen Street Pharmacy 330 Pollen St 07-867 9232 Centre of town. Good efficient services. 4**** Good luck finding a better service Folks
