Sooooo day 18 being smoke free!!!! I honestly have no words, Im still in disbelief at how easy this journey has been thus far. Donna is incredible, so passionate about helping others, genuine and kind. Honestly if your sitting on the fence.take the leap. You wont regret it, I have had no cravings and no grumpiness??!! If you are thinking of having a session with Donna - do it! It is the best thing I could have done for myself and my issues with anxiety. Donna was warm, genuine and caring and took an interest in what was happening for me. She then taught me some really powerful techniques to help ease my mind when my thoughts go crazy. I felt so much lighter and in control after my session. Cannot thank you enough highly recommend
