We took our Kia Stonic in for it's first service, we mentioned there was a problem with the locking of the doors and the boot, they told us they would phone us when the car was ready, they didn't!, we saw our car in the street. They said they couldn't fix the problem with the locking and to take it back to Kea Tauranga where we purchased the car, as it was a complex problem, we emailed Tauranga Kea and got a call from Arron , he explained it was an easy problem to solve, and he told us what to do over the phone, it took 5 minutes to fix. Would we recommend Kea Thames...no!
