        I took in detailed plans for a new kitchen on behalf of a client, discussed fully with the owner who said they were busy but would give a quote in two weeks time. Three weeks later I called asking what the progress was on the quote. I was told that they had been too busy to quote. I suggested that a progress phone call would have been appreciated. I waited another two weeks and was never given a quote so I went elsewhere to Auckland where I could trust the service. $25,000+ Kitchen. The Service is shocking so I won't be inviting them to do a kitchen again.
