        Money hungry mongrels now want $30 every time you launch your boat at Royal Billy Point Pauanui Cost of maintenance of the ramp should be included in our rates Boat owners are the unfair target of this greedy council. What about the recent major upgrades to childrens playgrounds in Pauanui . Do you intend to charge children to use these facilities?
