        Poor customer service, unbelievably rude will never be going back there, the rude blonde lady at reception shouldnt be a vet or work at the vets has no care for animals what so ever. Disgusted me, shocked that a so called vet or whatever she was could have no care for an animal. Hauraki vets is the place to go if you are needing to take your beloved pet 100%
