        Never had concerns with the companies quality of embroidery, but a bit of a delay with the last order. Maybe a short phone call to say items aren't ready to be collected as planned would be appreciated.

        Our Marae has an account here and they have excellent service. First time being served by someone who is deaf in retail and it was a AWESOME experience. The lady was lovely and even though she couldn't speak and I don't know sign language we we're able to communicate easily that I had washing from my marae that has a account with them and we had tablecloths we would like ironed also. 5 rating on being a awesome business that hired this lady 5 for your awesome service
