Brilliant experience! Had an awesome guide who took us through the pine forest and river - talking all about the area. Safety was top of mind, and felt a very comfortable and welcoming experience.

An amazing afternoon with Korohe Horse Treks, thanks John and guide Emily. My girls and I had such a nice time ... I can't quite believe I did it! Was way out of my comfort zone, but now I can't wait to come back. Thank you!

John and Sammi were so sweet; I rode with John who not only gave me the insights of the land but made the tour a real adventure- through the stream-up hills and through the forest. Really a wonderful experience and great people. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride and Bro, my horse was perfect for me! Thanks so much! Vicki Sorg

My wife and I did the Swimming with the Horse trek on our honeymoon. It was god damn amazing! The views were breathtaking and Sammii & Estelle were great as instructors/guides. Within a quick 30min tutorial we all new how to handle our horses with care and respect. While I couldve happily kept trekking after 1.5hrs, it was still a great length. As soon as we left the ranch, it felt like we were instantly lost in the woods as there was not a hint of civilisation around and it was so magical. Deep river riding with the horses was such a cool and unique experience too. The water basically comes all the way up to the saddle as you made your way through some shallow and some deep parts. If youre confident on a horse, theres plenty of photo taking opportunities, but if youre a bit more nervous then Sammii was taking a bunch of videos and photos which she sent us all too. Could not recommend this place higher.
