Kia ora Ngamihi Turangi Bridge motel bar and restaurant. Too all the staff thank-you great experience here beautiful location beside one of the worlds great rivers for trout fishing the , awesome Tongariro awa this place is so relaxing obviously where this motel is place close too the township Z service station new world etc . From the location too the staff awesome service and the kai tino pai very healthy and heaps on the plate especially their lambshanks aue too much value for money plus its affordable great setting inside retro , and old-school feel about this restaurant and motel the rooms are great spacious aswell can't complain plus you can bring your pets so next visit we'll be bringing our tea cup chihuahua next time thank you team very appreciated Ngamihi Mr & Mrs M.R.WARENA Long Bay Northshore Auckland .

Stayed here for a night on the way back from Auckland. Met Charlie who gave me my key etc then when I had problems with the wifi fixed the problem. Also booked me into the spa and came to my room to let me know when it was free. Went to the restaurant and he was also helping in there as well, brilliant. Only problem was that I ordered the vegetarian dish and no one told me that it would take a lot longer to prepare than the other dishes on the menu. Three groups of people came in after me and received their food before me. Was lovely when it came but very frustrating waiting 45 minutes. That was the only negative thing but it put a real downer one what would have been a perfect experience.

The room was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Good value. Having the restaurant on sites was great. Will look to use again when travelling. Food & drinks: Good value and the service was very friendly from the locals

The Bridge hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting Taupo region and lake. It is a money worthy place to stay. It's rooms are tidy and welcome staff members. The motel has a great sauna, pre ordered breakfast and prebooked dinner. It is a comparatively budget accommodation option for the Taupo surroundings. All the Taupo most popular tourist spots are within 20- 30 mins drive. The Motel location is not perfect as it is very close to a state motorway 1 but still better than paying double for an alternative motel that may have the same accommodation pack. Yes I can recommend this place for your visit as it will save your budget and you can spend your saved funds for other intertaining activities around Taupo places.
