Tongariro Crossing Car Park

Everything from calling up and asking for information on the service to the service itself was awesome! The park is super close to the end of the track and all of the staff were really helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend to anyone who will do the crossing and wants the comfort of their vehicle at the end of a hard (but thoroughly enjoyable) day's walk doing the crossing!!

The car park was easy to find, thanks to excellent emailed directions. The shuttle was quick and seamless and it was great to have it ready and waiting once wed parked. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommend.

All the staff were fantastic, but in particular our driver Tracey was a fantastic repository of knowledge, wisdom, and advice. We had a great time!

We booked our shuttle about 2 months in advance. The week before our trip we received a reminder of the shuttle. I thought to myself "this is a serious business", as I've book other shuttles in the past that didn't care about keeping communication flowing, so you start to have doubts if they will be there to pick you up. This didn't happen with Tongariro Crossing Car Park. We received emails with all instructions, and the good thing is you can do your walk on your own time, as they give you a lift in the morning and the car park is at the end of the walk, so there's no stress about missing the lift back.
