        They have been excellent to deal with and happy to design our custom shed. A good system to build with overall but was let down by a lot of miss labeled pieces and missing critical information.

        customised solutions, yeh right? terrible experience with Totalspan East Waikato from beginning to end, staff lacked building experience & knowledge & took no ownership for issues (e.g: put blame on engineerings, council, builders, door installer or there new systems). As the contractor they didnt project manager there subcontractors (glaziers, garage door installers) and when we asked for a status update on our project we were told stop harassing us. we have zero trust in Errol & Diane Furze & there team and would strongly recommend against using the Waharoa franchise! Services: Steel shed design & building, Garage design & building, Custom shed design
