        -Bank is closed. When opening hours say it's open. - Understaffed and not set up for our senior citizens who like to conduct their financial business the old way: FACE TO FACE - Long waiting times and cues. And it's all about cutting costs so ANZ can line their pocket.

        How are workers who work 7-5pm supposed to be able to get in? It closes at 4:30pm, but then it is closed during the weekend.. theres no possible way to be able to visit the branch and then they say over the phone the only way to do something is to visit a branch..
