        A lovely German tech (name unknown sorry!) paid 2 visits to us to fix our DeLonghi oven that had stopped working. He completely stripped everything down which was quite scary - bits everywhere - he identified the problem and ordered the spare part before putting it all back together again. 2nd visit he stripped it again, replaced the part, put it together and bingo the oven was working again. He was very friendly, polite and obviously very efficient. A lovely guy and great credit to No1 Electrical. Service: General repairs
