        Havent visited their physical store - although I believe its lovely - but superbly friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service online. First heard of Unravelled several months ago and have bought several kits during that time . ( Yesterdays was dispatched - as I heard via Unravelled AND NZPost - 12 minutes after ordering must be a world record??! ) Have had several email chats with the owners and they are outgoing, helpful, interested and passionate about knitting. I Thoroughly recommend Unravelled. Their Soxees sock pattern is my go to one now - straightforward and easily understandable for a beginner and produces lovely socks with no weird gaps!! Very much looking forward to receiving my new kit today. Thank you!

        I have tried by email, contact page and via Facebook comments to have a query before buying answered. Absolutely no response and now it has been weeks! Have now given up ! Love their yarn but customer service I cant comment on!
