- rude and borderline aggressive customer service. intimidated by the way of communication, wasn't very comforting knowing we would be leaving a beloved pet. - cattery itself looks congested and clinical, with little space for cats to play or explore. somewhat confronting to leave our cat there.. i dont recommend, though it was our only choice.

Clean and tidy kennels. I dont think there was a lot of exercise, and only half our pups portioned food was used. Poor customer service, felt like we were an inconvenience. Otherwise safe.

Great care and attention from Annette and her workers. I picked up a very happy well looked after dog and cat.

Great place, our three dogs love staying there and we have peace of mind knowing they will be well looked after. Very big and clean areas for doggies to sleep and play. Safe high fences in case your doggies like to jump off (like one of ours). Caring, knowledgeable and responsible owner, takes into account every single need your pets have. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
