        We bought a sack of potatoes, some were rotton - we returned them wanting the potatoes to be either replaced or reimbursed. We didn't have the receipt - fair enough. The issue is that we are long-term customers suppprting local businesses and we were treated disrespectfully. There's no need to be argumentative when your product is sub-standard.
