        Yesterday we made the very difficult decision to have our dear dog Patches put to sleep. The lovely reception ladies, Ashley and Debbie, gave us a big hug when we arrived which really meant a lot to us. Asse, who is the most wonderful vet allowed us to have as much time with him as we wanted and showed so much respect and kindness for Patches and us at a very difficult time. I can't recommend Waihi Vets enough. They were absolutely fantastic in the care they took of our precious dog.

        I wish my reason for writing this was a happier one, but I had to say thanks all the same. Abby and Cosby brought us a lot of love and constant companionship; it is hard to believe they are no longer with us. We are very grateful to the staff and especially Dr Asse for her expert care, kindness, and understanding as we slogged through years of typical Westie health issues. No matter how difficult it got, we could expect help, answers, and advice. Thank you for helping them live the best life they could. Even though they are gone, we will never forget their presence, Abby and Cosby will always be with us in our hearts and memories. Again, thanks for everything, Frans and Tangata
