We had Brett service our DVS in Wellington and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and was able to move our panel and do the service very efficiently. His customer service goes a long way and he is a great representative of the company.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had recommended and installed 2 fans and almost each room got a ventilation connected ,but still moulded on the curtains,had talk to some many people and emailed a lot , nobody show up and help us to sorted our even the filters need to be changed. Very disappointed with the customer service and Over $10000 for not changing anything at all!

Update: Received a swift response and a personal apology from DVS, really appreciated the effort from DVS & the sales staff to make this right. I'm not sure if it's a sales tactics or just the sales person getting confused. They show up to my place saying they're already outside and that i've booked a quote with them today and that i have already cancelled it once. I checked my phone schedule, google schedule, email and text messages and there were no record whatsoever of me booking a quote, ever. Only a single text from them suggesting a date. The person proceeded to say "so you don't want to see me at all", "I'm already outside" and continued to push for this to go ahead....hmmmm... had a feeling i was guilt-tripped....

very highly recommend excellent product and excellent customer service maintenance is easy and affordable unlike other products in the market one system takes care of our 1940s weatherboard, two storey 200sqm house with ease they don't try and over sell you something you don't need like other companies
