        Convenient location for the Waitomo Caves, friendly host and very clean kitchen. Rooms needed sound proofing as could hear snoring through the wall and the bathroom facilities were small and lacked space. Nearby activities: Waitomo caves trip.

        I spent a night here. The location was convenient and the place had everything that I needed. I stayed in a 6-bed room and it felt spacious enough. The bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. The kitchen was big and there was plenty of space for multiple people to cook at a time. The highlight was of course the resident dog, George! He was really friendly and had an infectious zest for life. Noteworthy details: Resident dog: George
