Stayed for work with truck and trailer good parking. Rooms are tidy and showers have nice pressure with potions and lotions supplied. It is noisy due to being along the highway but earplugs are supplied Rooms: Very tidy and good shower pressure

It appeared a little run down, and we turned up hoping for a meal. But they said that the chief only works, I think... one night a week at the moment? It was a night that I'd been expecting someone would work, not a sunday will monday or something. However, staff were super super friendly. The room was more than what we needed. Very spacious, never stayed somewhere with so much room. For the price of usually 1 we had 2 large rooms shower room and a balcony. The kids enjoyed running around outside and looking at some goats and animals across the way. The main thing that was annoying was the rooster crowing right outside the window at five a m. I put 5 for location as was perfect for us doing Waitomo caves. Noteworthy details: Nice and quiet except for that rooster
