        Had a fantastic tour through this cave on 1 May 2023, our guide was wonderful (I am sorry I have forgotten her name!) by far the best tour we did in the North Island

        400yrs old limestone cave is stunning, and adding the glow worm makes it magical. We were led by the guide to a dark path and when everyone was ready. Lights on and the magical tour begins But in less than 30 minutes of the tour. One of the kids started crying. Pity the guide that he has to raise his voice, trying to explain everything about the cave. N the cries carry on throughout the rest of the tour. It was such a pity that a peaceful and magical tour had become a crying tour. Everyone in the group seems relieved and shaking their heads after the tour There should be restrictions on age limit to prevent the same thing from happening.
