We were given clear instructions on how to get to Whenuakura Island, and given a very reasonable time frame in which to do so as well. Dry bags were provided (free of charge) if you wish to take your phone or camera along with you to take photos. We really appreciated how reasonably priced ($100 total for the three of us) and straightforward t everything was. Thank you!

No refund, no caring at all and on top of that rude. Disappointing. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not take any responsibility just want your money. I hurt my shoulder, ankle and wrist and two other guys were bleeding. It could of ended much worse and a trauma for sure.
This is the last photo we have before everything went worse and screaming and crying began.
We landed on the island because we were terrified, hoping not to drown while the waves push us against the rocks, already hurt and desperate for help.
But it is clear that you worry more about your business than the customer experience.
