        My friend paid $200 for some blonde hilights ,they turned her hair orange and all white from brown , which was not what she asked for,then she complained to the owner, and just wanted it fixed, hes,not even a registered hair dresser , and contracts his work to under skilled hairdresser s,they got really nasty,and couldn't admit their mistake, Don't waste your time or money girls Service: Hair coloring
