        Cannot recommend highly enough. Recently moved to Whangamata, and had been working with massage, physio, even had a surgery to attempt to alleviate years of hip pain without success. Fortunately stumbled across Nourish, and Sharyn's regime of Pilates plus massage therapy, has actually FIXED my hips. I had resigned myself to this being permanent, and Sharyn has changed my life by strengthening and stretching muscles and ligaments. I really can't thank her enough - absolute game changer.

        After a particularly hard wipeout while surfing i was experiencing severe neck pain. I ended up seeing Richard for a massage. It was fantastic and have no hesitation in recommending him.
