        Since walking into Tracey's client for a shoulder injury, I then got talking to her about having long covid. She has been amazing helping my recovery with this having had her own experiences with fatigue and also knowing how to help with brain injuries, the nervous system and breathing. Couldn't reccomend her more as I think she will be fundermental to a lot of people's lives with long covid. I wish I could take her home with me in my pocket. Just awesome!
