        Quality product but tough people who have no accountability when they failed to inform the me about window dressings allowance. I had to pay again for downstairs window framing despite both husband and wife team walking and talking it through with me. I've never done replacement for double glazing before. I don't think the consumer should have to know about this. They made me pay for the reframing. After spending 43k I think this is poor form. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement
