        Up there on Saturday and bought and cooked the best ever sausages I have ever tasted. Cumberland and pork and seaweed both divine. Last lot eating tonight so I am going to have to get a delivery to Auckland!!

        We just tried their pork and seaweed sausages and oh my yummy god. SO delicious. Did you see that episode of Country Calendar about the start up seaweed industry at Coromandel? Well the Coro butcher's shop "The Chopping Block" are supporting them by making pork and seaweed sausages. And they are divine. We bought 6 to try them. Had them with mash and sweet chilli sauce. SO good We are going back to stock up the freezer.
