Lisa went above and beyond to tame my nearly two-year-olds curly dreadlocks. She gently brushed and trimmed his hair on her knees while he was playing with toys. Thank you Lisa and team!

My 4 year old son had never had a professional haircut which I mentioned when we arrived, I said I wanted to keep the length but just need it tidied up and thinned a bit as I had trimmed the back and it just looked a bit uneven. His hair was below his shoulders, and curly - he now has a 70's perm style - I never thought it could go this bad, I did say to her as she was cutting that I didn't want this much length cut off and she said "oh there will still be length, he'll still look like a wee surfer boy". I am so angry at myself for not being more vocal - she asked what I thought and I said "it isn't what I expected and I'll have to get used to it" - that's an understatement, it's horrendous and I will have to take him to another hairdresser tomorrow. Please listen to people when they explain what they want - there was no care or professionalism. Service: Kids' cuts
