I dropped in a few days before Ironman New Zealand desperate to get a new derailleur fitted to my partners bike after our local bike shop completely missed the fact it was buggered during a service just prior to flying to NZ. The guys at MyRide Taupo happily got me sorted as well as a couple of other issues not fixed during its service only weeks before. Definitely will sue again when in town, if only local bike shop had such great service.
