        We were in Taupo for the cycle challenge and our friend Daryl from Christchurch needed to find a road bike to borrow as he discovered a crack in the frame of his bike which deemed it unsafe to ride. We went and saw Paul who was absolutely AMAZING. He not only found us a friend's bike to borrow, he also changed over parts from Daryl's bike on to the borrowed bike and did a bike fit for Daryl. He went above and beyond, you don't get service like that much anymore! Highly recommend you go visit this bike store when in Taupo, it's the BEST! Awesome people at this store, will definitely be back!
