        Came here the day of reopening after NYE and the service was just awesome. Really friendly team, dropped our trout off before 3:30pm for collection next morning. $12 a fish, lovely job and provided paperwork for taking it to Aussie at an extra $15 cost. Thanks team!

        Our fishing guide recommended we get our trout smoked by the team here. What a fantastic piece of advice. Friendly service and clear communication. When I collected the fish the following morning it was all ready and waiting. The deboning and smoking job they did on the fish was outstanding. Lunch that day was absolutely delicious.
