Was not happy with the front of house lady we a group of x6 all felt like we were interfering with her time instead of being treated with kindness and a smile What I choose was not what I got - what I got looked like it was someone elses left over but it was the very tail end of the egg roll and most certainly not as presented in the cabinet too bad I cant upload pic here I don not recommend nor will I return

When you are in a rush, dont come to a busy cafe. First time visiting Taupo nothing enjoyed yet and you get told off by one of the baristas there after waiting for a while and ask how long takes the coffee to be ready because you just realized it can be longer than you expected (and not been noticed) that you will be late for your booking. I dont know if I shall say bad customer service or the staff is unable to manage her emotion while working under stress. Or purely because we are not white as her.
