Ebbett Holden Taupo

Had the most amazing experience with Ebbett Taupo. We came up from Wellington and our engine light turned on before the drive back home, the service manager came in on a Saturday to check it out for us and make sure we could get back safely. Friendly staff, awesome service, would recommend this place to anyone who asks!! 10/10!!

Oil light and other lights were coming on and off. Took the car in and and found the fault, workshop manager was rude when asked if this could be done. Made booking and took car in for repairs and asked them to find out why car was running ruff. $140 for refinding the fault and replaced $1 fuse, didn't find issue for running ruff. 2 months later fault lights on again. Stopped there on a Saturday morning, no one to look at it but was told someone would get in touch on Monday, never did. Car stopped running at home and found number 4 engine coil not working. Should have been picked up in faults with scan tool. Incompetent, rude and poor communication. Will be having car repairs carried out somewhere else . Not recommended

We had a flat battery on our car and walked round to Ebbett Taupo and they were very kind to give us a jump start for free! Great service!

Wow is how ill start off I dealt with Michael wiggill he is an amazing salesman kept me in the loop with everything from A to Z, I am definitely going to be returning to this dealership and sales again. @Michaelwiggill thank you for your amazing customer service, I'll definitely recommend you and ebbett Taupo to any and every one I know keep up the amazing work
