        A brilliant experience with RaD car hire, from the initial well priced quote to the collection and drop off, customer service was a 10/10, very helpful even when my plans had changed on the fly. Professional and friendly, next time I'm in NZ I'll be coming straight to RaD. Thank you!

        Very poor service, over commitment and on the day delivery of smaller vehicle!!! Stating over booking?? Customer treatment is poor, I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to ruin your travel experience.
