        Our home was flooded and Shaun came out that same day despite it being Good Friday. He and his colleague were awesome! He set the expectations for us so we knew how long it could take and what they were going to do.         JAE Carpet were very easy to deal with, their consistent communication with us was outstanding. The urgency of the job was dealt with immediately, they also had a complete understanding of the needs for the residents in the household one being in late 80's and were very accommodating to her needs as an elderly customer.
