I was towed by the AA after my Mazda CX5 broke down 30 k's north of Taupo. It wasn't an easy fix and it did require a part to be sent by Mazda. That in itself provided problems as it was in the week leading up to Easter and Mazda decided to pick that week to stop sending out any parts due to a computer upgrade. As a result I had to spend 3 days in a motel and just keep hoping it would be fixed soon. In the end it wasn't able to be fixed and Central Motors were very generous in finding me a loan car to get me home in time for Easter. I have to say that after a wobbly start the staff really did pull out everything to help me get back home. The outcome was that the car was eventually fixed after the part was eventually sent by Mazda. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had an issue with my ranger cutting out when driving it. Saturday morning rang central motor group Taupo, hoping there service department was open to see if someone could look at it. Spoke to a lovely young lady Kim on the phone, told her what was happening, and she said bring it down and we will have a look at. Landon and mark looked over the vehicle and found what the issue was. They were able to fix the problem with no hassle and I was back on the road again. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE - Absolute grift designed to extract as much money as possible from you, they CREATE issues that never even existed in the first place, the most painful experience of my whole life. Will never ever visit again.
