        Woman was super friendly and nice on the phone but the other woman she was talking to while she put me on hold made really snippy and patronising comments and wasn't aware that I could hear the entire time. Other woman just sounded like I was just another caller that needed to be discarded quickly when she couldn't help. Once again, super friendly, patient, and understanding woman that actually was on the phone with me.
