Eva is such a good dentist! I felt so comfortable and welcome, and she has good communication too. I hate going to the dentist, I didn't got for 7 years but I will be returning here regularly now. Way to go Taupo dental centre.

After been pushed to the end of the day I feel like I was rushed through with no communication and the staff just wanted to go home. So I received a botched up putty job leaving me in pain and told to go somewhere else. The work he did will have to be corrected by another dentist This is my second time visiting with Nick as the first time he did a fantastic job so I came back just to be treated like this. I wont be coming back here

I am not one to write a review but i feel i need to share this. We had problems right from the begining. It took weeks to hear back about my daughters x-rays to be told they couldnt find them. Eventually it was found in their spam which put us back even futher because the dentist went on maternity leave. There are no reminders for bill payments. Very poor communication. I phoned to cancel an appointment at the time of the appointment explaining the cancelation, there was no compassion. We showed up for the next appointment to be told it had been canceled, we didnt receive phone call. We did get behind in our payments becauce of the lack of communication, i did paid almost half up front. We were then told by email that treatment had been canceled. There was no advice moving foward. Paid $2,000 and we still have crooked teeth.

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist, her customer service skills were very rude and dismissive. The tone in which she spoke to me was quite short and angry. The tone and manner in her voice expressed annoyance that she required the spelling of every single name of the person, address, school without even trying to spell it herself. Thumbs down to her non existent customer skills.

Im one that has never had a good experience with dentists ... until I happened upon Dr. Kelsey. What a find! She can work on my teeth without causing pain and, in fact, I doze in the chair.
